TERMS OF SERVICE
All invoices are payable within 30 days of delivery unless other credit arrangements have been made in writing and agreed to by Carrier. In the event the Responsible party fails to pay within the maximum 30 days, Carrier is entitled to collect a late payment collection charge of 25% of transportation charges accrued. If Carrier must retain an attorney or collection agency to collect charges owed, Responsible Party will pay for any attorney’s fees and/or collection fees incurred by Carrier. Interest is to be accrued to the maximum allowed by law for all past due invoices.
